Data we process

Email address, order details (destination, plan, amount), the transaction reference returned by the payment provider, and the ICCID of the delivered eSIM.

Your card details never reach our servers; payment is taken on a page hosted by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.

Purpose and legal basis

Performing your order (contract), statutory record-keeping (legal obligation) and fraud prevention (legitimate interest).

Retention

Installation documents (PDF) are deleted after 30 days. Accounting records are kept for the statutory retention period.

Activation codes, PIN and PUK values are never written to application logs.

Sub-processors

Email infrastructure, hosting, error monitoring and payment providers. All located in the EU/UK region.
