Data controller

The data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) is Seyira, established in Türkiye at Yeni Mah. Selanik Cad. Demirtel Apt. No: 71 BC, 09270 Didim / Aydın, Türkiye. Contact: support@seyira.com.

Data and purposes

We process the email address, order details, payment transaction reference and support records. Seyira does not store full card details.

Data is processed on the legal grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK to perform the contract, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and provide support.

Recipients and international transfers

Payment, email, hosting and eSIM supply providers may be located in Türkiye or abroad. International transfers take place only where an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguard or statutory exception under Article 9 of the KVKK applies, with the required technical and organisational measures.

Retention and security

Order and accounting records are retained for statutory periods. Installation documents are deleted from operational systems 30 days after delivery; access is restricted on a need-to-know basis.

Your rights

You may send requests under Article 11 of the KVKK to support@seyira.com. If your application is not resolved, your right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board remains available.
