Terms of sale

Seller and contract

These terms apply to travel eSIM plan sales between the customer and Seyira, established in Türkiye at Yeni Mah. Selanik Cad. Demirtel Apt. No: 71 BC, 09270 Didim / Aydın, Türkiye. Support: support@seyira.com.

Product scope

Plan types in the current catalogue: Data only: includes mobile data; does not include voice calls or SMS. Data + Calls + SMS: includes mobile data, the call minutes shown on the plan card, the SMS allowance shown on the plan card.

The destination, data allowance, validity, call minutes and SMS allowance displayed on the plan card define the order.

Delivery and use

The eSIM may be installed over trusted Wi-Fi before departure or on arrival; unless stated otherwise, validity begins on first connection to a supported network.

The service is delivered through international roaming on partner networks in the destination country; it is not the sale of a local Turkish mobile line.

Price and payment

The order summary displays the total price and currency before confirmation; payment is processed on the payment provider's secure page.

Withdrawal and consumer rights

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the statutory withdrawal exception may apply to electronically supplied services whose immediate performance begins with the consumer's express consent. Mandatory remedies for defective or undelivered services remain unaffected.

Governing law and competent bodies

This contract with Seyira, established in Türkiye, is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, particularly Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and its secondary legislation. Without limiting mandatory consumer rights, disputes may be referred to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the consumer's residence or where the transaction took place.
