Terms of sale

Scope of service

Seyira Ltd resells mobile data plans (eSIM) supplied by licensed network operators. We do not operate our own network and do not manage numbering or radio spectrum.

Plans sold are data-only; they do not include voice calls or SMS.

Orders and delivery

Your eSIM installation document is emailed to you once payment is confirmed. Delivery normally takes 1–2 minutes.

Delivery goes to the email address given at checkout. If you entered it incorrectly, contact support@seyira.com for a correction.

The QR code can be used only once. If the eSIM profile is deleted after installation it cannot be reinstalled.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in EUR. Applicable consumption taxes are calculated at checkout according to the rules of the country where the service is supplied.

Right to cancel

By consenting to immediate delivery of the digital service you may lose your right to cancel once performance has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights where the service is faulty or not delivered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
